Working Student / Intern in Enterprise Content Management
Client Delivery & Knowledge DevelopmentFrom day one, your work focuses on supporting client engagements addressing governance, lifecycle, and risk challenges in complex content environments. This includes analyzing document and collaboration landscapes, assessing control gaps and risks, and developing deliverables that enable compliant and sustainable information management.
Over time, consulting capabilities in the field of Enterprise Content Management are developed through structured problem-solving and a systematic approach to ECM challenges. Through close collaboration and mentoring, you build a solid understanding of ECM concepts such as governance models, lifecycle management, and content migrations.
You help capture project learnings and transform them into reusable knowledge, such as templates, playbooks, and best practices. This ensures consistent delivery quality and supports the scalability of our ECM consulting services.

You will learn how consulting works end-to-end, from understanding problems to creating solutions. Expect continuous feedback, 1:1 mentoring and direct collaboration with senior leaders who care about your development.
We value mindset over background. Whether you study Business, Data Science or IT, you are curious, motivated, and quick to learn. You think analytically, communicate clearly and enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology. You take ownership of your work, structure complex topics with ease, and are excited to contribute to meaningful challenges around unstructured data.
A modern, flexible workplace: Hybrid setup, 15–20 hours per week, exam-friendly. Study and work flexibly from our Frankfurt office. Team events and modern hardware (Apple by default). Central office with a great view.
