Client Delivery & Positioning ECMClient Work:
From day one, you support our consulting projects by helping us bring clarity to unstructured data. You analyze content landscapes, identify governance gaps, evaluate risks across documents and collaboration tools, and prepare clear, structured insights.
Your work directly contributes to solving challenges that every large organization faces, ranging from content sprawl to compliance and lifecycle issues.
Topic Development & Positioning:
You help us translate project learnings into reusable frameworks, develop coherent storylines, and contribute to methods that guide how we approach governance, lifecycle and risk management as well as content migrations. Together, we build the core of our Enterprise Content Management offering. What you create becomes part of how we deliver future projects.
External Communication & Internal Enablement:
You prepare our expertise so it can be shared inside and outside the company. This includes short position papers, topic summaries, and training materials. Your work helps us communicate what we do and ensures that the team grows with it.
Your work will have a visible impact from the start. What you create will reach clients, influence delivery, and become part of our internal playbooks. You will learn how consulting works end-to-end, from understanding problems to creating solutions. Expect continuous feedback, 1:1 mentoring and direct collaboration with senior leaders who care about your development.
We value mindset over background. Whether you study Business, Data Science or IT, you are curious, motivated, and quick to learn. You think analytically, communicate clearly and enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology. You take ownership of your work, structure complex topics with ease, and are excited to contribute to meaningful challenges around unstructured data.
A modern, flexible workplace: Hybrid setup, 15–20 hours per week, exam-friendly. Study and work flexibly from our Frankfurt office. Team events and modern hardware (Apple by default). Central office with a great view.
