EMPA Data & Management Consulting is a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing consulting firm specializing in data-related topics. - Live client work + content creation: Join our consulting teams from day one: research, analysis, slides and models that move projects forward. In parallel, help turn delivery into re-usable assets—templates, methods and short, sharp write-ups that raise the bar across the firm.
- Go-to-market strategy: Help us take a product from validation to first wins: shape positioning, test with users, capture feedback, build materials, and partner with sales to land early adopters.
- Shape our growth: Work with the Head of Strategy & Growth on EMPA’s positioning, organic development, growth architecture, OKR preparation and more.

Your Profile
- Mindset first. Whatever your background: if you’re intrinsically motivated and want to grow into this field, we want to meet you. Many of us studied Business, Data Science or IT, but we’re open to any field and stage (Bachelor, Master, PhD).
- What we’re really looking for: curiosity for our craft, strong ownership and a drive for excellence, clear thinking, strong writing. PowerPoint, Excel and structured storytelling help.
- Languages: Fluent English; basic German required.
We Offer
A modern, flexible workplace: Hybrid setup, 15–20 hours per week, exam-friendly; full-time possible in semester breaks. Study and work flexibly from our Frankfurt office. Learning budget, team events, modern hardware (Apple by default; alternatives possible). Central office with a great view.
